Returns & Exchanges Policy and Process
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Quickly and easily process your return or exchange through our Returns Portal. Once completed, a return slip and shipping label will be emailed to the address associated with your order.
Return Policy
- You have 21 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Returns sent to our address without using the Returns Portal will automatically be issued store credit.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
- One-time exchange is allowed for non-clearance items on your original order.
- If you return an exchanged item, you will only receive store credit.
- Clearance items are not eligible for exchanges.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are accepted for eligible items returned within 21 days of delivery.
- Shipping costs and return labels are not covered by us.
- Clearance items are not eligible for refunds.
- Ensure tracking is included on return shipments; we are not responsible for lost or untracked returns.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- No refunds will be issued after 21 days.
Clearance Items
- Clearance purchases are final sale:
- No refunds or exchanges allowed.
- Store credit only will be issued.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Return Shipping Labels
- Return shipping labels are not provided for refund requests.
- You are responsible for all return shipping fees unless stated otherwise.
What if my order wasn’t delivered?
- If the carrier tracking says delivered but you haven’t received your order, please contact us immediately.
- Once shipped, the carrier assumes responsibility for safe delivery.
- We’ll open a case with the carrier and begin an investigation, which may take up to 2 weeks.
- If the issue is unresolved after 2 weeks, you may choose between a reshipment or store credit.
- Refunds will not be issued for delivery disputes.
Incorrect Shipping Address
- Please double-check your shipping and billing information before placing an order.
- We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
